School Success with The Way to Happiness Book
Thank you very much for the gifts of The Way to Happiness materials you sent. That was very generous of you. We appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness.
Our children love those coloring books and the poster, too. They have already done the "word find" and a dot-to-dot exercise. They also like it when I read to them. My daughter insists that the poster must go in the playroom.
I am waiting for the opportunity to distribute the books you sent. Everything in The Way to Happiness book is found in our Torah.

Students Enjoy and Apply The Way to Happiness:
I'm going to fifth grade. I enjoyed reading The Way to Happiness
because it teaches me to be happy and not be bad to my family. My
family is most important in my life.
5th Grade Student
Sports are important to me. I learned that drugs are no fun. If
I do drugs, I can't do sports. How can I live without sports like
skiing, swimming, basketball or baseball?
We need to provide the love in our homes so our cherished ones
won't have to go elsewhere to find it. The children are the future,
but if we do not take care of them they may ruin their future. If
every family in America took the time to love and help their children
then maybe our future would be as bright as the shining stars.
After reading the booklet The Way to Happiness I felt that
the book and I communicate. It is guiding me to the right way. I
feel also that I am the one who is walking the road.

"I started talking to kids instead of fighting"
I was having trouble in school and getting along with other kids.
I got kicked out of one school for it. Then I read The Way to
Happiness booklet. I started talking to kids instead of fighting.
I could see their point of view easier than before. I made a lot
more friends and kept them. It was great!
Scott, 10-year old
I learned that you don't have to do bad things to be cool. That
I should make other friends that won't get me into trouble. And
no matter how far I go in life I will have enemies. Also there will
be good-willed people and bad-willed people, no matter what. But
I can help the wrong to do right by setting up my own organization
when I get older.
I like the phrases and the paragraphs of the book which pointed to the good deeds and gave me a sense of responsibility. The booklet is very good and I think everyone learned something from it.

"It's appeal to the students has been utterly amazing"
I have used The Way to Happiness booklet in my classes to aid in teaching value clarification techniques over the past two years. In all my years of experience, I have never found a more useful and effective tool for conveying and instilling in young people the foundation and framework from which to begin their life's work. Its appeal to the students I have dealt with (considering their diverse backgrounds and the social/educational problems they bring with them to our program) has been utterly amazing!
I have further recommended this booklet's use to our Academic Senate for inclusion in the mainstream curricula.
R.U. High School Teacher "Drop-out Prevention" Program
My students thoroughly enjoyed reading the precepts in the book,
which depicted survival tips for everyday living and happiness.
Through this contest, students were able to fine-tune their writing

I commend you on finding such a meaningful way to challenge tomorrow's
decision makers by encouraging them to think and write about ideas
that will help shape their attitudes.

Strengthening thinking and writing abilities:I believe this essay contest has strengthened the thinking and writing abilities of my students, not to mention their moral values. In various conversations with my group, many of the points mentioned in the book The Way to Happiness have been discussed at length, and some of them even disclosed that if it weren't for our study, they would not be as aware of how to create a happy atmosphere for themselves.

We love your The Way To Happiness booklet. The values, moral
and ethical, are exactly what we believe schools should emphasize.
Maybe, if we start them young, they will have the foundation for
happiness. Our students find it easy to understand, and direct and
to the point.

In addition to making a kinder, gentler school, The Way to Happiness
program has made it safer. We have decreased the violence by 70%
- 80% over the school year. We have decreased disrespectful attitudes
towards teachers, decreased vulgar language and gestures. You name
it, it's better. Kids now are more apt to sit down, calm down, think
about what to do and set a good example. It's not 100% but its a

Your booklet The Way to Happiness provided valuable guidance to my class. The Junior High age range is a questioning period for youth and your pamphlet is just what the students needed. It made them think and establish values all too often missing in today's world.
I feel that anyone who reads the booklet will find a better outlook on life. Thank you so much for the valuable help.

By encouraging young people to set a good example, supporting student efforts to get drugs off school campuses and helping to forward standards of honesty, trust and competence, the Concerned Businessmen's Association of America is to be commended and congratulated. Your program is inspirational. Your determination is outstanding. Your message is phenomenal.
To the businessmen involved with this remarkable program, I extend my sincere congratulations to you. Your efforts will blaze a trail that others must certainly follow.
Helping children in the community:
I am amazed at the way people have supported us during our first
year sponsoring the "Set a Good Example Contest". Everyone I tell
about The Way to Happiness book and the "Set a Good Example
Contest" has been impressed and supportive. Our future IS our children
and I am glad I have been able to help the children in my community
with The Way to Happiness.
Please accept our enthusiastic endorsement on behalf of these fine
West Middle School students who are completing their eighth grade
experience. WMS students are intelligent, alert persons who demonstrate
common sense as they apply their learned knowledge from The Way
to Happiness book. The Making America Save Campaign helps each
individual of all ages use their determination and integrity to
guide him or herself to and through a successful career and lifetime

Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to participate
in the Fall Making America Safe Contest. The kids and I had
interesting conversations about this relationship between freedom
and responsibility and I strongly feel that we all have grown.

I am elated to enter five essays in the Making America Safe Youth
Essay Contest. As the students embarked upon this exciting contest,
they exemplified great interest and put forth a positive effort
in relating what they know and felt about having freedom and the
responsibility that came with it. I feel that this was a very wholesome
experience for all of the students.

It has been with great pleasure and pride that I have been provided
the opportunity to announce our "The Way to Happiness: Keeping
America Safe" Essay Contest winners. The general student body was
jubilant. May I express my sincere appreciation for having had the
opportunity to expose my students to such high moral values and
within the context of my English language arts curriculum without
the fear of being accused of mixing church and state.

[Our] students have been involved in the "Set a Good Example Contest"
for the past two years. If more could be done to teach moral values
to young children with aids such as The Way to Happiness,
maybe man's inhumanity to man would be a thing of the past.
P. P. - Assistant Principal High school, Kentwood, LA
